This policy explains what Forbidden Labs collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

• Account details: your name, email and phone, and your agreement to these policies.
• Orders: what you buy, shipping and billing addresses, and order history. Card details go straight to our payment processor; we never receive your full card number.
• Messages: what you send through our forms and emails.
• Site usage: pages viewed, the device and browser used, and a first-party visitor identifier, so we can keep the site working and improve it.

How We Use It

• To process, ship and support orders, and to keep your account secure.
• To reply to you, and to send account and order emails.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who We Share It With

Only the providers that run the store for us (hosting and our commerce platform, payment processing, email delivery and shipping carriers), each for that purpose only, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Sign-In Data

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. One-time sign-in codes expire after use. Sign-in tokens are kept in your browser so you stay signed in; signing out removes them.

How Long We Keep It

For as long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as tax, accounting or legal obligations require.

Your Choices

You can view and update your details in your account. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, write to us through our contact form.
