For research use only. Not for human or animal consumption. Every order ships for laboratory research only, under our Research Use Policy.

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States, to street addresses only. We do not ship to PO Box addresses, and checkout will not accept one. We may decline to ship to any destination where we cannot lawfully deliver or where the product is restricted, and may cancel orders whose shipping details indicate a gym, med spa, weight loss clinic or similar business.

Processing And Delivery

Orders ship after payment. The carrier, service and estimated delivery for your order are shown at checkout and on your order confirmation, and tracking is emailed once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Subscription deliveries ship free, the first one and every renewal. One-time orders pay the carrier rate for your address, shown at checkout before you pay.

Storage In Transit

Store vials as printed on the label as soon as they arrive.

Address Accuracy

Check your shipping address before you order. Parcels returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.

Lost Or Damaged Parcels

If tracking stalls, a parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing, tell us through our contact form as soon as you notice, with your order number and photos of the parcel and contents. We will work with the carrier and replace or refund as our Refund, Return And Chargeback Policy describes.
