For research use only. Not for human or animal consumption. Products are sold for laboratory research only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

These terms govern your use of this website and every purchase from Forbidden Labs ("Forbidden Labs", "we", "us") by an account holder ("you"). Creating an account or placing an order means you accept them.

Who May Buy

We sell only to qualified professionals, such as researchers and laboratory personnel, purchasing for legitimate laboratory research. By creating an account or placing an order you represent that you are such a professional, that you are at least 21 years old, and that you are able to enter a binding contract. We may decline any order or close any account at our discretion, including where we believe a product will not be used for research.

Research Use Only

Every product is sold strictly for laboratory research use. Products are not for human or animal consumption of any kind, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics. By ordering you confirm that you will not use, sell or supply any product for human or animal consumption, or for any purpose other than laboratory research. Our Research Use Policy forms part of these terms.

Product Information

Descriptions summarize the areas of scientific investigation each compound is studied in. They are not claims of safety or efficacy, not instructions for use, and not medical advice. We do not provide dosing or usage guidance for any product. Where a lot report is published for a product, it applies to that lot only.

Accounts And Security

An account is required to purchase; there is no guest checkout. If you are not signed in, checkout creates your account and confirms your email with a one-time code before the order is placed. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. Tell us at once through our contact form if you think someone else has used it.

Checkout Acknowledgements

An order cannot be placed until, at checkout, you:

• select the research field you are purchasing for;
• tick the box acknowledging that products are sold strictly for research use, are not for human consumption of any kind, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, that you are a qualified professional purchasing for legitimate research, and that you will indemnify Forbidden Labs against claims arising from your handling or misuse of the products; and
• tick the box agreeing to these terms and our policies.

Your research field and acknowledgements are recorded with your order and your account.

Pricing And Orders

Prices are those shown in your account when you order. An order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or stock limits, with a full refund of anything you paid for it.

Orders We Refuse Or Cancel

We may refuse or cancel any order, and close the account that placed it, where:

• the order, your account or your messages to us indicate human or animal use or consumption;
• the shipping details indicate a gym, med spa, weight loss clinic, wellness clinic or similar business;
• the shipping address is a PO Box; or
• we believe a product will not be used for laboratory research.

Anything you paid for an order we cancel before it ships is refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping, Returns, Refunds And Chargebacks

We ship only to street addresses within the United States and do not ship to PO Box addresses. Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy.

Returns are limited to problems we caused: the wrong product, a broken vial or compromised seal, or a parcel the carrier confirms lost. For these we replace or refund once the claim is verified. Opened, used or improperly stored product and change-of-mind returns are not accepted. An order can be cancelled for a full refund until it ships, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

If something is wrong with an order, contact us through our contact form before disputing the charge with your card issuer. We respond to chargebacks with the records of your order, including your checkout acknowledgements and carrier delivery tracking, and a chargeback on a delivered order may lead to your account being closed. Compliance

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to receiving, storing, handling and using research compounds where you operate. We may refuse to ship to any destination.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of a product contrary to these terms.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Forbidden Labs against all claims, losses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, from your handling, storage, use or misuse of any product, or from any use, sale or supply of our products other than for laboratory research.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
